Terms of use
The rules for using the ilinne site and app, valid for all visitors and members.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1.Purpose
These terms of use define how to access and use the ilinne site, the app and all associated content (podcasts, articles, programmes, questionnaires). Any use constitutes acceptance of the terms.
2.Access to the service
The service is available free of charge in its Découverte version and through the paid Membre ILINNE subscription, taken monthly or yearly. Access requires an internet connection and compatible equipment, at your own expense.
We strive to ensure continuous availability, without being able to guarantee it: interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical causes may occur.
3.Member account
Creating an account requires accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity carried out from your account. The service is reserved for adults; minors over 15 may use it with the consent of a legal representative.
4.Prohibited uses
- Sharing, reselling or distributing content reserved for subscribers.
- Mass extraction of the service's content or data (scraping).
- Circumventing technical protection measures or disrupting the service.
- Posting unlawful, defamatory or misleading remarks in discussion spaces.
- Posing as a health professional or giving medical advice to other members.
5.Content and liability
ilinne content is developed with health and nutrition professionals and updated regularly. It is wellbeing information and does not constitute a medical act. You remain solely responsible for the changes you make to your diet or habits, at your own risk and, if necessary, with your doctor's advice.
6.Suspension and termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, we may suspend or close your account after prior notice, except in urgent cases or serious breaches. You can close your account at any time from your account area.
7.Changes to the terms
The terms may change along with the service. Any substantial change is notified by email at least 15 days before it takes effect.
8.Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the competent courts will be seized.
