Terms and conditions of sale

1.Scope

These general terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Membre ILINNE plan and associated services (company licences), concluded at a distance between Ilinne and the customer, whether consumer or business.

2.Plans and prices

Découverte

Free for life, no credit card — a selection of content and the newsletter.

Membre ILINNE — yearly

€79 excluding VAT per year, in a single payment, giving access to all content for 12 months. A single price excluding tax, whatever the country.

Membre ILINNE — monthly

€9.99 excluding VAT per month, charged every month, with no minimum commitment. The same content as the yearly plan. A single price excluding tax, whatever the country.

Company

Équipe: €15.60 excluding VAT per employee per month up to 50 employees; Grande équipe: €12.90 beyond. Annual commitment and billing. Plans open from February 2027.

Prices are stated in euros excluding tax. The VAT applicable in the customer's country is added; it is calculated and shown before payment. ilinne may change its prices; any new price is notified 30 days before it applies and only takes effect at the next renewal date, with the option to cancel free of charge.

3.Ordering and payment

The subscription is confirmed once the terms of sale are accepted and payment is confirmed. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout (bank card, and Bancontact, SEPA, Apple Pay or Google Pay where enabled on the Stripe account); ilinne never has access to your full banking details.

The subscription renews automatically at each renewal date — every month on the monthly plan, every year on the yearly plan — until cancelled. An invoice is made available in your account after each payment.

4.Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles VI.47 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law (Code de droit économique), you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying a penalty, by email to contact@ilinne.com or using the withdrawal form provided.

If you ask for immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge that performance begins before the end of the period; the refund is then calculated pro rata to the content consumed. The refund is made within 14 days, using the payment method used.

5.Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account, in two clicks, without giving a reason and at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid — the current month on the monthly plan, the current year on the yearly plan: access stays open until that date, then your account automatically switches to the Découverte version. Your profile data and saved content are kept.

6.Payment default

If a payment fails, a new attempt is made within 5 days and you are informed. Failing settlement within 15 days, access to paid content is suspended until payment. The account remains on the Découverte version.

7.Guarantees and complaints

ilinne is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. Any complaint may be sent to contact@ilinne.com. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur, boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be).

8.Applicable law

These terms of sale are governed by Belgian law. For consumer customers, the protective provisions of consumer law apply as of right.
