1.Our commitment

Your health data is the most sensitive there is. We apply three simple rules: we collect the minimum necessary, we sell no data, and you can delete everything at any time from your account.

3.Data collected and purposes

Account

First name, last name, email, encrypted password — creating and managing your account.

Questionnaire

Answers about your habits, your digestion and your sleep — to establish your gut–brain profile and personalise your journey. Legal basis: your explicit consent.

Usage

Content viewed, progress, episodes listened to — to improve recommendations.

Payment

Processed exclusively by our payment provider; ilinne stores no banking details.

Support

Messages sent through the contact form — to handle your request.

4.Retention periods

• Active account: for the whole duration of your registration.
• After account deletion: erasure within 30 days, apart from legal retention obligations.
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Support messages: 3 years after the last exchange.

5.Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the ilinne team members who need it, and to technical processors (hosting, email delivery, payment, audience measurement) bound by contract and located in the European Union, or covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

No data is sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes. Sharing with a partner practitioner only takes place at your express request, case by case.

6.Cookies and audience measurement

Only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are set: the session cookie, when you sign in. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.

Audience measurement is carried out by ilinne itself, with no cookie or storage in your browser: only the page viewed and an anonymous identifier, recomputed every day and impossible to link from one day to the next, are recorded. These statistics are used solely to improve the site and are never shared.

7.Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to contact@ilinne.com — we reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

8.Security

Encryption of exchanges (TLS) and of sensitive data at rest, named and logged access, regular backups, periodic security reviews. In the event of a data breach presenting a risk, we inform you and notify the Data Protection Authority within 72 hours.
